Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Advance Booking: All services and programs must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or official confirmation email. Eligibility: Clients must meet any prerequisites outlined for specific programs before booking. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without penalty, subject to availability. Cancellation Policy Full Refund: Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund for coaching and consulting. Partial Refund: No partial refunds are given. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows will not be refunded. No Shows: No shows will be charged the full price of the session they have scheduled. Program Packages: For multi-session packages, cancellations apply only to unused sessions and follow the same timeline rules. Waitlist Policy Enrollment: When a program or service reaches capacity, clients may join the waitlist at no cost. Notification: Waitlisted clients will be notified via email or SMS when a spot becomes available. Priority: Spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Clients have 24 hours to confirm once notified. Automatic Removal: Failure to confirm within 24 hours will result in removal from the waitlist and the spot offered to the next client.
