Day #4 Small Shifts Lasting Peace
My one-week PDSA yielded this. I created 10-minute breaks from screentime during the day by going outside and sitting or walking around. My fatigue improved with evaluating my nutritional deficits and taking supplements for the things I was not obtaining in my diet, and my sleep quality improved at night to where I was sleeping throughout the night. Now I am adding the social media and sales habits to my plan to see if I can now tweak and build more great habits.
